The First Dragon Fruit From Our Own Land

Growing dragon fruit on our land took time. We planted, waited, watched vines climb, and wondered if the first real harvest would ever come.

When it did, it wasn't just fruit. It was a small sign that the homestead can provide something real from its own soil.

We ate some, shared some, and kept the rest of the story for the journal. More plants are coming. More lessons too.

More stories from the homestead

More honest lessons from goats, gardens, bread, and daily life on the land.
